Linux is being adopted in nearly every industry. One of the recent industries to adopt Linux and Open Source wholeheartedly is the automotive industry. The aim of this talk is to describe the process the automotive industry do to incorporate the Open Source way of working, the Linux kernel, and how the competitive industry forces shape the software that will run your next car.
