CLUSTER 55° BROKERAGE EVENTS-QUARTERLY TECH SCOUTING 2012

Cluster 55° Brokerage Events (C55 BE) aims to facilitate the tech scouting for large multinational companies (MNE). Cluster 55° invites relevant start-­ups and SME’s to get the chance pitch their technology/products for MNE’s.

C55° BE is held every quarter where R&D intensive start-­ups and SME’s get access to pitch their technology and products to MNE’s. Choose to apply to pitch for one or all of the MNE’s attending. A screening process will decide if you eligible to participate.

Who?
The event is only open for R&D intensive SME’s. Consultancy services are not considered relevant at this event. The product companies may be in different maturity stages ranging from start-­‐up to mature SMEs.

Where?
The event takes place during 2 days in southern Sweden (Malmö or Lund). 25 min from Copenhagen airport(CPH). You will have 10 min to pitch your product for each MNE you have been accepted to

How?
The events are done quarterly and you, as a SME are welcome to apply for all 4 times and to all of the participating MNE. Giving you the chance to get direct access to technology scouts at around 32 MNE’s on a yearly.

How much?
Relevant members of Cluster 55° have priority to participate in C55 BE. For members of C55 or Dataföreningen it is free to participate, for the other a self-­‐service cost of 100 € per event applies.
Our collaborative partners in Europe will receive a couple of golden tickets to give to their network. A golden ticket means that participation is free of charge.
A membership in Cluster 55° cost approx. 290€ per year and apart from free attendance at the Tech Scouting also includes free access to our 15 over-­‐seas office around the world & international contacts through our ambassadors network.
